Hormones, plastic surgery, and transplants...

During the past couple of weeks, I've seen two news items showing our nation's sexual debauchery is about to reach even greater depths. The first was a report on the progress being mode on womb transplants. The second was an announcement earlier today that Boston's Massachusetts General Hospital has performed the nation's first penis transplant.

While I'm thankful this transplant will help a cancer patient, we'd all be fools to think...

Zealous to smear The Donald, the New York Times lies...

This is why many years ago I stopped reading the New York Times. Last Saturday, they ran another smear piece on The Donald, this one focussing on how he mistreats women. Because of Trump's disgusting remark to Megan Kelly a couple months ago, all of us are loaded for bear on this subject—myself included. Tomorrow night Kelly's interview of The Donald will run on Fox and I'm hoping The Donald sincerely apologizes to Ms. Kelly for the remark. Profusely apologizes. Owns his shame.

Meanwhile, though, the Times thinks it's so important their friend Hillary Clinton be elected this November that they feel justified in telling lies about him...

President Obama crashes the ladies room...

Giving a news conference in London this past Friday, President Obama told Londoners he opposes North Carolina's law forbidding men who dress up as women from using women's bathrooms. President Obama said laws protecting women from being harassed by men in our nation's restrooms "are wrong and should be overturned."

President Carter scheduled the White House tennis courts. President Obama supervises our nation’s bathrooms. You can sort of excuse President Carter because he loved to play tennis, but what is President Obama’s excuse for spending his time on bathrooms?

The whole world’s watching. Listen to the soldiers of ISIS talking about it. They can’t figure out why Americans send their women over to fight men in Afghanistan while here at home men fight to use the women’s bathroom...

The world hangs by a thread...

When the Sons of Israel entered the Promised Land, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob warned them against the the wicked practices of the Canaanites. The Canaanites had given themselves to the most awful wickedness, and now their land was spewing them out.

Yahweh warned His people that if they turned to the same wickedness practiced by the Canaanites—sexual perversion and the slaughter of their own babies, for instance—the Promised Land would spew them out, too...

As a contrast to Russ Moore's oped in the Times...

Here's a New York Times oped piece against Trump that is reasoned and helpful. Of course, Hillary Clinton has put in her preparation time, but that time has only prepared her to be superb at political manipulation, lying, promoting sexual perversion and the slaughter of babies, the abandonment of fatherhood and motherhood which is her "village" and promotion of daycare—and on it goes.

In other words, if we shouldn't elect The Donald because he hasn't put in the time necessary to do the White House well, we shouldn't elect The Hillary because she has put in the time to do the White House wickedly.

Forget Gannett: let's have the National Enquirer buy the Tribune...

“The Department has searched for Mr. Pagliano’s email PST file and has not located one that covers the time period of Secretary Clinton's tenure.”  - State Department spokesman Elizabeth Trudeau

In their lies, journalists are a close second to magpies. Naturally, then, they've always loved the Clintons. Birds of a feather.

To journalists, sexual liaisons in the Oval Office between their president and a young female intern are life as usual. As they see it, what's scandalous is that when their president lied about his sexual abuse of this young woman, someone/anyone tried to impeach him.

Jerry Sandusky is Penn State and football, so they crucify him. Bill Clinton, though, is Yale and politics, so they adore him and carry his water...

Pre-order Tim's new book...

Warhorn Media is pleased to announce Tim Bayly's new book, Daddy Tried. This book has been several years in the making, and is unlike any other book on fatherhood you'll find. It's not a parenting guide. It's a book on the nature of fatherhood—one that draws on decades of experience as a husband, father, and pastor. It stares the sins of fathers past, present, and future squarely in the face and clears a path to overcoming them—a path that begins with faith in our heavenly Father who tells us He knows our weaknesses.

Pre-Order from Amazon or Barnes & Noble.

Michal Crum's Mother's Day meditation...

Over on Warhorn Media, here's an excerpt from daughter Michal Crum's piece, "Mother's Day mandate...":

Of all the positions of authority in this world, there is no office that is imbued by nature with such tenderness and intimacy as motherhood. There’s a reason that we are moved to tears when we watch Planet Earth and see a mother elephant and her baby get separated in a dust storm. Look around at your children, whatever their ages. You carried them in pregnancy, or carried the burden of their marginalized existence in your hearts, in the case of adopted children. You nursed them as infants, stroked their applesauce-matted hair as toddlers. You read to them as children and listened to them as teenagers. At Mother’s Day especially, the tenderness is palpable.

But what about respect for the office of motherhood? We have to start by respecting it ourselves. In a culture that has lost its way, we need to demonstrate why mothers must be respected. And we start by exercising authority and cultivating respect within our own homes...

Trump, Russ Moore, and white Southern Baptists...

The Donald is a repulsive figure, personally. But don't blow off his supporters by supposing they vote for The Donald because of his three wives, his hair, or his seemingly conscienceless lying. There's something deeper going on here. The New Yorker gets it:

Trump also grasped what Republican élites are still struggling to fathom... The base of the Party, the middle-aged white working class, has suffered at least as much as any demographic group because of globalization, low-wage immigrant labor, and free trade. Trump sensed the rage that flared from this pain and made it the fuel of his campaign.

...When he vows to “make America great again,” he is talking about and to white America, especially the less well off. The ugliness of the pitch will drive some more moderate and perhaps more affluent Republicans to sit out the fall election...

Reformed believers are ground zero of the "more affluent" and we're not known for our sympathy for poor white trash.. They're not a popular cause among the elite. But look at Bernie Sanders:

The Democratic Party has a strange relationship with the white working class. Bernie Sanders speaks to and for it—not as being white but as being economically victimized. He kept his campaign alive last week, in Indiana, in large part by beating Clinton nearly two to one among whites without a college degree.

As I keep saying to friends and family, no matter how repulsive we find The Donald...

The persecution of Judge Roy Moore for guarding the rule of law...

If you didn't know, the so-called Southern Poverty Law Center is a witches' brew of rabble rousing and has nothing whatsoever to do with the rule of law. It's much worse than any chapter of the ACLU. As to the "poverty" of their causes, lately they've been spending their time and resources serving as advocates for the poverty-stricken and oppressed gay lobby.

Johnny Rocker and Dennis Rodman vs. Abby Wambach and Billie Jean King...

We've never had a more perfectly matched set of candidates for the presidency of these United States.

An article in Jeff Bezos's Washington Post this morning was trashing The Donald for the sports figures who have endorsed him. The writer ended his litany of The Donald's sportsmen hall of shame...

The Christian witness of Ben Watson...

The play will never be forgotten. It was during the 2005 AFC Divisional game between the New England Pats and the Denver Broncos. Watch the video. Pats tight end Ben Watson got his man. Watson is at it again, posting this excellent response to all the sturm and drang over North Carolina passing a law that forbids men from crashing the ladies room. Here are a couple excerpts:

...claims that gender and race are analogous ...could not be further from the truth.
