You can't just throw money at problems in Africa. Such an approach creates more problems than it solves. So this video is funny and sad.

Do you know of Dambisa Moyo? She's Zambian, if I recall correctly and an econmoist who has written about the I'll effects of some aid programs in her book, "Dead Aid". Another one to read on this is Bill Easterly, "White Man's Burden".
I know of Moyo and of her book. Lots of economists are now saying what she and others are saying. Throwing money at Africa's problems is not the solution. It's actually part of the problem.
