Deer Hunting
This deer hunting season there will be an effort to coordinate usage of the church property for deer hunting. If you are planning to use or thinking of using the church property for deer hunting this year, please contact Brian Cooper at 812-500-0077 or (e-mail address), no later than this Monday, November 7.

You're not quite a "country church" yet, dear brothers. Add on this announcement and you will be:
"This deer hunting season there will be an effort to coordinate usage of the church grounds and kitchen for deer dressing and processing..."
You do have cement floors so the clean-up wouldn't be too bad. :)
p.s. this is a true event I witnessed as a young child in Northern Minnesota.
