In no previous year would someone taking a puff from a cigarette have signalled to me something importantly right about a candidate, but this year it does.
It comes off as a spoof. I'm having a difficult time believing it is legit.

Yep.
The message is 0:40 - 0:45, the rest is filler for that. Smoking is a placeholder for choices of individual discretion that have been eroding. I thought it was stupid until the cigarette, then I understood.
