Dear Friends,
I agreed to a friend request that came to me an hour ago and my e-mail got hacked. So all my e-mail addresses are getting friend requests that I didn't send or ask anyone else to send. I'm sorry. Please disregard any friend request you get from me. I've never sent one in my life and likely never will.
With apologies,
Tim Bayly

Just curious, was this through Facebook or Google+? And as a form of warning, can you share how accepting the friend request gave someone access to your address list?
I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that it was from a site called Jhoos. Am I right? If so, I'm only glad you fell for it first, and saved me the hassle. It's an ill wind that blew nobody some good.
