2011 ClearNote Fellowship Conference: register now!

Error message

Let me encourage you to attend our ClearNote Fellowship Conference a month from now, July 8 & 9, 2011. As always, the food, fellowship, and worship will give you joy and strengthen you for your work in Christ. Early registration ends this Monday, June 13th, so register now.

This year our theme will be the Great Commission. We'll not be repeating the usual stuff heard from Evangelicals and Missionals on the subject. Likely few texts of Scripture have been so abused as this one, so we'll work to reform and encourage the Church to obey this key command of our Lord in all its particularity.

Starting Friday, in order here are the preachers and their subjects...

Tim Bayly: All Authority: the Great Commission is founded on the authority of our Lord Jesus Christ. Modern American Christians do not understand authority, so they cannot understand the Great Commission.

Stephen Baker: Go Therefore and Make Disciples: our Lord commanded His church to think in terms of a global offensive. All nations must become disciples of Jesus Christ. We will never obey this command until we begin to think of the Church Militant.

Joseph Bayly: Baptizing Them in the Name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit: the Great Commission depends on the local church doing its work. Without baptism, there can be no true discipleship. But what is baptism?

Max Curell: Teaching Them To Obey: being a disciple of Jesus Christ means being obedient to His commands. Evangelism that does not lead to obedience makes a mockery of the Great Commission.

David Bayly: I Am with You Always: the Church's power and hope come from the promise of Christ's ongoing presence. Our ability to obey the Great Commission depends on the communion we experience with our Lord.

We're an easy drive from most places in the Midwest and the Indy airport (one hour away) usually has pretty cheap flights. Our care of your children is excellent--bring all of them!--and we will feed you well. We hope you'll stay through Sunday morning worship, too.

The past couple of years we've had several hundred registrants. Why not join them this year? If you have any questions, send us an e-mail. Meanwhile, register now. At the early registration fee of $20 single, $40 couple, and $60 family, the price is right.

Hope to see you soon!
