(Tim, w/thanks to Lucas) Friday, Apple will release its latest software update called Snow Leopard. Originally, the desktop pic installed by the software upgrade was a pic of a snow leopard with blood on his mouth.

Operating system aside, I have to say that the snow leopard is probably my favorite animal. Its beauty, rarity, and mystery add up to one amazing part of creation, and I do hope man is able to keep it from going extinct (it's uncertain, though).
